2 years ago we found an amazing discovery and you're about to figure out why...


For dessert I had a cheese souffle and it was very yummy. My Mom and Dad had a Grand Marnier souffle which is a vanilla souffle and they poke holes in it and pour Grand Marnier all over it then they leave the bottle at the table (my mom loves that).


We loved it so much that we went again on our last full day in Paris. On our second visit we have the cheese souffle and the Henry the IV as our main and then my Mom had the Grand Marnier, my Dad had a rhubarb souffle, and I had a raspberry souffle. As always, it was wonderful!
