Staying Healthy While Traveling

Staying in shape , not breaking any bones and getting all the shots for your trip are all very important.

 First thing you should do is look up all the places you are traveling so that you can call your doctor to make sure that you have all the shots that you need. I am not a person who loves getting  shots so it was a very scary experience to get them. I had to get 3 shots but it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.

 To prevent feeding your tummy something that will make it upset we took anti malaria.So that if we ate the wrong food that we would not get sick.

Staying in shape. We love to walk around and go to markets and seeing sights. So we do a lot of walking. You have to be in shape to be able to take long trips so you will not get tired too easily.

 Not breaking bones. Breaking bones usually means that you have to end the trip. When we were on the cruise we talked to a man in the elevator who's wife had broken her leg and they had to fly home. So be careful! 

You can hurt yourself but not have to stop your trip. My Mom hurt her knee and she had  to go to the doctor. She was okay and we did not have to stop the trip. I hurt my knee but I did not go to the doctors and it was not as big of a deal as my moms. My dad was bending over to pick something up and he bent his rib and he took it easy and we had to miss all the stops in Egypt but he still hurt after that. At the end of the trip it stopped hurting but we did not stop the trip for it. But most importantly have fun but just make sure to be careful!
